NOVA is a direct marketing and fundraising data company that helps various clients identify donors who are willing to support their cause. NOVA also markets data to like-minded organizations for fundraising purposes.

 

2. Data We Obtain and Use

NOVA receives and uses data from internal and external sources. Some of the data we receive, use and market contains personal information such as: name, address, phone number, and email address. We use and make available personal information to help clients deliver successful direct mail fundraising and marketing campaigns. We do not have access to nor use sensitive information such as social security numbers and credit score. NOVA only uses data from the United States of America.

 

3. Data Security and Integrity

We take the necessary steps to ensure that all our data is housed and transmitted securely. This may include various methods of physical and electronic security as well as firewall protection. However, NOVA cannot guarantee total safety from illegal intrusion and hacks.

 

4. Opting Out and Privacy Rights

There is an option to remove your name from our list by completing the form found here. California residents can use the same form if they wish to have their personal information removed from direct marketing use in accordance with California Civil Code section 1798.83. A name removal request may take several weeks to process.
